We currently only ship orders to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
1. Shipping Locations
We ship to residential and business addresses within the United States.
We may be unable to ship to certain remote areas, military addresses (APO/FPO), or PO boxes depending on the carrier and the products ordered. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you to discuss options or issue a refund.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

We use reputable carriers such as USPS to deliver your order.

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available for your shipping method).
It may take up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Times
Delivery time estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on:
Carrier delays
Weather conditions
High-volume periods (holidays, sales)
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist if there are issues with your delivery.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed or returned to us.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can:
Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
Refund the order amount minus original shipping costs (if the products are still in saleable condition).
We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address if the address provided at checkout was incorrect.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the address provided.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
Check with household members, neighbors, and your building management or mailroom.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at customercare@skinceuticalls.com and we will try to assist you in working with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged items.
Contact us within 2–3 business days of delivery at customercare@skinceuticalls.comwith your order number and photos.
We will review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order:

We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once the package arrives.
10. Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock after you have placed an order:
We will contact you to offer:
A replacement product,
A backorder/delayed shipment (if available), or
A refund for the unavailable item.
